forget me not

I stumbled upon this heavenly piece of strawberry cheesecake for the first time when I was traveling with my parents in Quebec City back in 2010. The texture of the cheesecake was extremely smooth and soft. Every bite of it almost made me shivered. It was so good that it became my forget-me-not type of cake.

As I went on a ski trip this winter, we had the chance to visit Quebec City for half a day. How could I not come to meet you again at Le Cochon Dingue?

Le Cochon Dingue (“cochon” means “pig” in English) also offers really nice pork ribs and escargots. They sell their own homemade jam too and I’ll feature them in another post soon.
