6 Back to School Delights.

It’s that time of the year again. It’s the last day of summer and no one are really ready for school yet. For all the foodies out there, I came up with a list of food and drink to kick off the start of the year.

For quick lunch:
Cherry Tomato Vinaigrette and Gorgonzola Bruschetta by Lady and Pups

You can make the vinaigrette the night before and have them ready for next day lunch. Just toast some bread and top them with the yummy bruschetta!

BLT Sandwich with Chiptole Mayo and Caramelized Onions by Aida Mollenkamp’s Pretty.Easy

This has to be the best sandwich combo ever. I’m usually not a huge fan of sandwiches but I don’t think I can resist this!

Firey Cold Sichuan Sesame Noodle by Lady and Pups

If you’re far, far away from home like me and feeling homesick, this would be great for dinner! It’s a bit more complicated to make compared to the others… but hey, what won’t we do for a taste of home?

Brie, Fig & Pear Panini by The Adventures of MJ and Hungryman

Look at those cheese….

Raspberry Virgin Mojito Pops by The Hackney Pantry

Savor the last bit of summer with this raspberry virgin mojito pops! If you don’t like raspberry, you can substitute it with strawberry, mango or other fruits.

Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade by Spoon Pork Bacon

Need to bring some drinks to your friend’s place for back to school party? This would be a perfect choice!

Thank you so much for featuring my recipe, Ashley! Being a student myself, quick and easy meals (plenty of grilled cheese sandwiches) are essential ;)
